Prithviraj Sukumaran has expanded his real estate portfolio by purchasing a luxurious duplex apartment in Mumbai's Pali Hill, Bandra for Rs 30.6 crore through his production company Prithviraj Productions Private Limited.
The apartment located in Narain Terraces spans 2,971 sq. ft. and includes four dedicated parking spaces. Prithviraj and his wife, Supriya Menon already own another apartment in the same area valued at Rs 17 crore. The actor paid Rs 1.84 crore in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration fees for the property finalized in September 2024.
Pali Hill is a premium neighborhood favored by celebrities like Ranveer Singh and Athiya Shetty. Prithviraj also added a Porsche 911 GT3 worth Rs 3 crore to his car collection which includes a Lamborghini Urus and other luxury vehicles.
Professionally he is busy directing and acting in L2: Empuraan, the sequel to Lucifer and recently appeared in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan alongside Tiger Shroff and Akshay Kumar.
