Mukesh Khanna In Another Controversy

Sonakshi Sinha recently responded to Mukesh Khanna after he blamed her father, Shatrughan Sinha, for her inability to answer a Ramayana-related question on Kaun Banega Crorepati in 2019. 

Mukesh Khanna clarified in an interview that he had no malicious intent and respects Shatrughan Sinha. He explained that his comment aimed to highlight how today’s younger generation, overly reliant on technology, lacks basic cultural knowledge.

Mukesh expressed surprise that Sonakshi took so long to react but said he used the incident as an example to teach others. Sonakshi, in turn, defended herself on Instagram, stating that another woman on the show also couldn’t answer but only her name was singled out.

Meanwhile, Sonakshi recently married her longtime boyfriend Zaheer Iqbal in an intimate ceremony attended by Bollywood celebrities. The couple later celebrated Zaheer’s birthday with Sonakshi’s parents and actress Rekha.
