The Telangana government has granted special permissions for midnight shows of the highly anticipated movie *Devara*. As per the newly released GO (Government Order), a special screening at 1 AM on the 27th has been approved across 29 theaters in the Nizam region.
These 29 theaters, including 5 in Khammam, and individual theaters in Miryalaguda, Mahabubnagar, and Gadwal, will host the 1 AM show. In addition, 21 theaters in Hyderabad, including major multiplexes like AMB Cinemas, PVR, and Prasads, will also feature the midnight screening. Ticket prices are allowed to be increased by Rs 100 for these shows.
From the 27th of the month, theaters across Telangana can hold up to 6 shows per day, starting as early as 4 AM. The GO also allows ticket prices to increase by Rs100 for these 6 shows, regardless of whether it's a multiplex or single-screen theater.
From the 28th to the 6th of next month, all theaters in the Nizam region are permitted to run 5 shows daily, with an increased ticket price of Rs 50 for multiplexes and Rs 25 for single screens. After the 7th, ticket prices will return to their normal rates.
With this announcement, advance bookings for *Devara* have started, and tickets in major centers are selling out quickly.
