Madhoo Sleeps In A Fridge At Night

Akshay Kumar recently met his Elaan co-star Madhoo after 20 years at the Kannappa teaser launch. He expressed joy in seeing her again and humorously praised her youthful appearance, joking that she looks unchanged as if she "sleeps in a fridge at night."

Akshay is now making his Telugu debut with Kannappa, where he portrays Lord Shiva alongside Prabhas. He admitted he was initially unsure about the role but was convinced by the filmmaker’s belief in him. He described the film as a powerful and visually stunning experience.

Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, Kannappa tells the story of a devoted Shaivite saint. The film features a star-studded cast, including Madhoo, Vishnu Manchu, Mohanlal, and Kajal Aggarwal. Set for a worldwide release on April 25, 2025, it promises a grand cinematic spectacle blending tradition and technology.
