National award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh, who gained massive fame with Mahanati, recently opened up about her love story with childhood friend Antony Thattil. The couple tied the knot in a grand ceremony in Goa last month. In a recent interview, Keerthy shared details of their 15-year-long relationship.
Keerthy revealed that she fell in love with Antony when she was in 12th grade and that he is seven years older than her. Antony first proposed to her in 2010, and their bond grew stronger over the years. She mentioned that in 2016, Antony gave her a promise ring, which she kept wearing until their marriage. Interestingly, the same ring can be spotted in several of her movies.
Keerthy shared that the couple chose to keep their relationship private for years and only a few close friends, like Samantha, Vijay, Atlee, and Priyadarshan, were aware of their love story. The two took their first trip abroad together in 2017 and decided to get married in 2022, eventually tying the knot in December 2024.
Expressing her gratitude, Keerthy said, "Antony has been a huge support for my career, and having him in my life is truly a blessing."
