The apartment is situated on a higher floor of the high-rise constructed by Oberoi Realty and was purchased by the Kapoors from Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd.
Chandak Realty had acquired this apartment in a bulk deal in February 2023, where 28 apartments were bought by D’Mart owner Radhakishan Damani’s immediate family and close associates for a total of Rs 1,238 crore.
Chandak Realtors had purchased this particular apartment at rs 35.31 crore in February 2023, brokers said.
Three Sixty West by Oberoi Realty features two towers with 4 BHK, 5 BHK, and duplex apartments, along with penthouses.
The sea-view project, presumably named because its height is 360 meters and all apartments face west, is a ready-to-move-in luxury housing project.
The Kapoors paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.75 crore for the transaction.
In 2018, Shahid Kapoor purchased an apartment in the same building measuring 8,281 sq ft for Rs 55.60 crore and paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.91 crore.
