Just Cut On Two Foods- To Lose 23 Kgs

Actress Neha Dhupia who faced body shaming postpartum has lost 23 kilos through determination and resilience. 

She gained 23 to 25 kilos due to consecutive pregnancies which hindered her self care. 

In an interview Neha shared that after her daughter Mehr's birth and during the COVID 19 lockdown she lost weight with a monitored diet. 

Her weight fluctuated again with her son Guriq's birth. Neha breastfed both children for a year affecting her appetite and energy. A year ago she committed to exercise and a proper diet losing 23 kilos. 

Professionally she now gets more offers and feels better in her clothes. Neha enjoys running, occasionally goes to the gym, avoids sugar, fried foods and gluten and maintains a balanced diet. 

She says that cut on sugars and fried food is the basic tenet for losing weight. 

Her fitness routine fits her lifestyle as a working mother. Neha's next film 'Bad Newz,' releasing on July 19 features Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk and is directed by Anand Tiwari promising humor and emotional moments.
