Addressing these rumors, Jayam Ravi recently made key remarks during the promotions of his upcoming film *Brother*.

He said, "There are many discussions about our divorce. Some good people understand my situation and are respecting my personal life. But those lacking decency and respect are making baseless comments. I have evidence, and I will surely prove it in court. On the day the truth comes out, those who made false accusations against me must be ready to face the consequences. Some are trying to destroy the reputation I have built over the years with hard work and careful script selection."

Regarding the divorce, he clarified, "I have sent a divorce notice to Aarti through a lawyer. Her father is aware of this, and both our families have discussed it. How can they claim I announced the divorce without their knowledge when they were involved in the discussions? Our elder son Arav's birthday was in June."

Responding to the rumors of being in a relationship with the singer, Jayam Ravi said, "It is not right to drag her into this matter. I have known her for a long time. She is a psychologist who has helped many people overcome depression. I even considered starting a spiritual center with her."
