How much does Shah Rukh Khan charge to perform at weddings?

Shah Rukh Khan, a Bollywood superstar, has cemented his name in the film industry over the past 30 years since starring in his first Bollywood hit, Deewana, in 1992.

As a celebrated actor, he attends many high-profile events and is also known for his performances at celebrity weddings.

The richest family in the country is all set for a three-day wedding bash for their youngest son, Anant Ambani, who is getting married to his childhood sweetheart, Radhika Merchant.

According to sources, with a swarm of Bollywood celebrities, Shah Rukh Khan is all set to perform at this pre-wedding function.

While the wedding will happen in July, the pre-wedding celebration will be from March 1 to March 3 in Reliance township of Jamnagar. Around 1300 guests are expected to attend the three-day event.

Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan performed at Isha Ambani’s wedding as well, and murmurs say that he will entertain this time as well. No one is sure if he is getting paid for this gig or not. Usually, King Khan charges somewhere between 8 – 10 crore for wedding performances.

If an ETimes report is to be believed, he charged US $1 million for a 30-minute performance at a high-profile wedding at Dubai’s Madinat Jumeirah hotel in 2013.

A report claims that Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, and Diljit Dosanjh will also perform at the wedding. RK reportedly charges around 2 – 3 crore, and Alia Bhatt charges 1.5 crore. Diljit Dosanjh charged 4 crore to perform at weddings.
