Honey Rose Accuses Activist of Cyber Crime

Malayalam actress Honey Rose has accused activist Rahul Easwar of orchestrating a cyber crime to trivialize her sexual harassment complaint against businessman Boby Chemmanur, who was recently arrested. Rose claimed Easwar’s actions subjected her and her family to severe mental stress, death threats, and online abuse.

Through a Facebook post, Rose alleged that Easwar initiated an organized campaign to distort her complaint and turn public opinion against her. She accused him of issuing threats, making vulgar comments, and attempting to undermine her dignity and career. Rose emphasized the deliberate nature of Easwar’s actions, which she says drove her into severe mental agony and suicidal thoughts.

Earlier, Rose filed a sexual harassment case against Chemmanur, leading to his arrest under Section 75 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Section 67 of the IT Act. Thanking the Kerala Police, she highlighted the destructive power of social media bullying and pledged legal action against Easwar.
