Recently, actress Alia Bhatt openly condemned body-shaming rumors and speculations of having undergone plastic surgery, expressing her frustration on social media. Now, it’s Nayanthara's turn to address similar rumors.

Nayanthara has faced speculation about her appearance as well, with rumors circulating that her face looks different, hinting at possible cosmetic surgery. She recently responded to these claims:

"I love shaping my eyebrows and trying new styles, which sometimes makes my face appear different to others. But let me clarify—I haven’t had any plastic surgery. Feel free to look closely; you won't find any signs of cosmetic alterations on my face," she said.

Nayanthara also addressed weight fluctuation rumors. Some reports suggested she underwent liposuction due to visible changes in her body weight. She clarified, saying that her diet habits change frequently, which can make her cheeks look fuller or more defined at times. She added that opting for cosmetic surgery is a personal choice for any actress and doesn’t warrant judgment.
