In just 2 days, actress Rakul Preet Singh will celebrate her first wedding anniversary in grand style. She married producer Jackky Bhagnani in a lavish ceremony at the ITC Grand Hotel in South Goa. However, during the wedding, it became a topic of discussion when guests' mobile phones were confiscated.
Finally, Rakul responded to the matter. She clarified that they took the guests' phones not due to security concerns about their wedding videos and photos being leaked, but because of a special reason.
"Our thought was that we wanted everyone who attended our wedding to enjoy it with us. It was the best three days of our lives. We wanted everyone to experience the wedding with us, so we implemented a no-phone policy. We didn't want someone to take photos and leak them. At our wedding, our guests danced along with us. We danced at every occasion, even in my wedding dress. All our family members enjoyed with us. That’s what we wanted."
Rakul also mentioned that a Hindi movie, starring her and Arjun Kapoor, is set to release soon. During the promotion, she revealed this and mentioned that she will soon be seen in a good film in the South as well.
