Contrary to media reports, social media influencer Dhanashree Verma’s lawyer, Aditi Mohan, has denied that her divorce from Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal has been finalized. Mohan stated that the matter is still sub judice and urged the media to verify facts before spreading misleading information.
Recent reports claimed that the couple, married since December 2020, had a final hearing at the Bandra Family Court in Mumbai. Allegedly, both cited “compatibility issues” and confirmed living separately for 18 months. Following a counseling session, they reportedly sought a divorce by mutual consent. Their cryptic social media posts about faith and overcoming struggles further fueled speculation.
Additionally, Dhanashree's family dismissed rumors of her demanding Rs 60 crore as alimony, calling the claims baseless and irresponsible. They urged the media to respect the privacy of both families and refrain from spreading unverified information.
