Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their baby. As Deepika approaches her due date the couple visited Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai to seek blessings.
Deepika in her third trimester wore a green saree and showcased her baby bump while Ranveer was dressed in a white kurta and pyjama. Ranveer recently returned to Mumbai from shooting to be with Deepika.
She is expected to deliver their first child on September 28 in a South Mumbai hospital. Deepika is currently on maternity leave which will extend until March 2025 after which she will resume work on the sequel of Kalki alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Prabhas. Recently Deepika shared maternity photos on Instagram.
The couple married since 2018 announced their pregnancy in February 2024. On the work front Deepika will also feature in Singham Again while Ranveer is involved in Don 3 and an untitled action thriller.
