Cooking Rotis On Mallika Sherawat's Stomach

Mallika Sherawat, who recently returned to Bollywood with Vicky Aur Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video alongside Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri discussed Tollywood's fixation on women's waists in a recent interview. She recalled a strange request from a South Indian director who wanted the hero to cook rotis on her stomach to depict her as "hot" which she refused. 

Mallika expressed concern over how women’s sexuality has been exploited in films for decades, noting that it is used to sell everything from soaps to toothpaste. Reflecting on her 2004 film Murder, she acknowledged that erotica was used to boost box office success but highlighted the hypocrisy she faced, with people praising sexuality in films yet criticizing her for the same.
