Following repeated threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, the government has ramped up security for Salman Khan. The threats stem from a long-standing case involving Salman hunting blackbucks, and Bishnoi's gang has targeted the actor several times. Recently, the murder of Salman’s friend, NCP leader Baba Siddique, brought Bishnoi's name back into the spotlight, further intensifying the threats against the Bollywood superstar.
Despite the heightened security, Salman’s work commitments have made it impossible for him to stay indoors. He recently appeared for the shoot of the popular show *Bigg Boss*, but viewers noticed that he wasn’t as lively as usual during Saturday’s episode. Many pointed out that the concern on his face was visible.
During the show, Salman made sarcastic remarks while addressing the contestants’ actions, reflecting his current state of mind. He said, “As a host, I’m not supposed to care about the emotions of the housemates. To be honest, I didn’t want to be here today. I didn’t feel like coming, meeting any of you, or anyone else. But my profession doesn’t allow that, so I had no choice but to be here. It’s my commitment to work that brought me here.”
Reports suggest that 60 security personnel are currently monitoring Salman’s movements, and strict protocols are in place on the shooting sets, with restricted access in and out of the location.
