After parting ways with Samantha, Naga Chaitanya didn’t take long to find love again. Within a few months, he connected with Shobita Dhulipala, and their story has recently come to light.
Naga Chaitanya and Samantha officially announced their separation in October 2021. By April 2022, Naga Chaitanya and Shobita were spotted together at a public event. However, their connection reportedly began earlier, with a lunch date marking their first meeting.
The couple initially connected through Instagram, leading Naga Chaitanya to travel from Hyderabad to Mumbai to meet Shobita. At the time, Shobita was based in Mumbai while Naga Chaitanya resided in Hyderabad. For their first date, Chaitanya took Shobita out for lunch, and since then, they have stayed in regular touch.
Their growing bond saw them spending time together in a park in Karnataka, where they shared memorable moments, including applying mehendi (henna) on each other’s hands. Their relationship soon blossomed into love.
During New Year celebrations, Shobita was invited by the Akkineni family. Subsequently, Naga Chaitanya personally approached Shobita’s parents with a marriage proposal. With their approval, the engagement and wedding took place without delay.
In a joint media interview post-marriage, the couple shared details of their wedding. They chose to recreate the ambiance of a temple by setting up a temple set at Annapurna Studios. Although the wedding had 300 invitees, the couple revealed it felt like an intimate ceremony between just the two of them.
The wedding feast was grand, featuring delicacies from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. Additionally, a Japanese food court was arranged from Naga Chaitanya’s own restaurant.
This marks the beginning of a new chapter in Naga Chaitanya and Shobita’s lives as they embark on their journey as a married couple.
