Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has purchased three office units worth Rs 59.58 crore in Mumbai's Signature Building on Veera Desai Road, Andheri.
These units, numbered 2701, 2801, and 2901, total 8,429 sq ft and include three car parking spaces. He paid a stamp duty of Rs 3.57 crore for the deal registered on June 20, 2024.
Earlier Bachchan bought land in Alibaug for Rs 10 crore and another parcel in Ayodhya for Rs 14.5 crore.
His son, Abhishek Bachchan has acquired six apartments in the Oberoi Sky City project in Borivali for Rs 15.42 crore.
The apartments located on the 57th floor and totaling 4894 sq ft include 10 car parking spaces.
The deal finalized on May 28, 2024 priced the apartments at Rs 31498 per sq ft, indicating the premium nature of the property, which is ready for occupancy.
On the work front Amitabh Bachchan is preparing for the release of his film "Kalki 2898 AD," starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani, set to hit theaters on June 27 directed by Nag Ashwin.
