'Bad Newz' Makers Didnt Get Happy News?

"Bad Newz," a romantic comedy starring Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk earned Rs 64.51 crore at the Indian box office. 

However, director Anand Tiwari, in an interview expressed that he did not focus on box office numbers. He explained that his goal was to create a film out of love and connect with the audience emotionally. The story revolves around Saloni Bagga (played by Triptii) who suffers from a rare condition where twins are born to different fathers. 

Vicky and Ammy’s characters compete to prove who is the better father and win Saloni’s heart. Produced by Amritpal Singh Bindra, Apoorva Mehta, and Karan Johar, the film also stars Neha Dhupia. Despite some stereotypes, as noted in Hindustan Times' review, the movie was later made available on Prime Video India.
