Anurag Cried For 10 Days After Daughter's Wedding

Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s daughter, Aaliyah Kashyap, married her longtime boyfriend, Shane Gregoire, on December 11. Anurag revealed in an interview that the wedding was an emotional experience for him, similar to when Aaliyah was born. He admitted to crying for 10 days and even considered leaving the ceremony before the reception. However, his friend, filmmaker Vikramaditya Motwane, stopped him and took him for a walk to calm him down.

Aaliyah and Shane shared their wedding pictures on Instagram, with a viral video capturing Shane’s emotional reaction to Aaliyah’s bridal entry in a light pink lehenga. 

Anurag also posted wedding moments, humorously telling Shane to take care of Aaliyah as he returns to his "stubborn self." The wedding, attended by family and close friends, was beautifully organized, as Anurag thanked the event planners in his post.
