Another Update: Kareena's Role When Saif Was Stabbed

On January 16, Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was attacked with a knife at his Mumbai residence by a man later identified as Bangladeshi national Mohammed Shariful Fakir. The incident, detailed in a 1,613-page chargesheet by Bandra police, occurred around 2 AM and left Saif with serious injuries.

Kareena Kapoor Khan, who had just returned home, was alerted by their nanny about the intruder in their son Jehangir’s room. Saif rushed in to confront the attacker and was stabbed multiple times on his neck, back, and hands. Kareena fled with their children to the upper floor for safety. Despite being injured, Saif kept searching for the attacker before Kareena insisted they prioritize medical help.

Saif was taken to Lilavati Hospital where doctors removed a knife fragment from his back. The police chargesheet is supported by CCTV footage, DNA tests, and 48 witness statements, strengthening the case against the accused.
