The movie Devara, starring NTR, is gearing up for promotions, with Tarak utilizing all his Bollywood connections. Most notably, he managed to bring Alia Bhatt, his co-star from RRR, into the spotlight.
As NTR and Alia Bhatt came together, a new rumor started circulating about Devara. The buzz was that Alia Bhatt would play a key role in the movie. However, Alia Bhatt has clarified this rumor, stating that she is not part of Devara.
Karan Johar is releasing the Hindi version of Devara. Meanwhile, he is also producing Jigra, where Alia Bhatt plays the lead role. As part of cross-promotions, NTR and Alia were brought together on the same platform, and an interview was conducted.

Censor Talk... On the other hand, Devara has completed its censor formalities. There is a lot of discussion going on regarding the censor board's objections to four key scenes in the film. The board, which has given the movie a U/A certificate, has suggested changes in these scenes.
It is reported that one of the scenes objected to by the censor board involves a shark fight. Another scene where a body is shown hanging on a sword also faced objections. The movie Devara is set to release in theaters on the 27th.
