Ajay Devgn To Earn Rs 7 Lakh On Office Rent

Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn has leased his 3455 sq. ft. commercial office space in Mumbai's Andheri area to Kabir Khan Entertainment for Rs 7 lakh per month. The agreement finalized in September with a Rs 1.12 lakh stamp duty covers a 60-month period and includes three car parking space secured with a Rs 30 lakh deposit. 

Located in Signature Tower developed by Lotus Developers on Veera Desai Road in Oshiwara the office offers excellent connectivity to major highways, metro stations and the international airport. The area’s vibrant retail, dining and entertainment options make it a prime business hub. 

Devgn and his wife Kajol own multiple properties in the same project joining other Bollywood celebrities who have invested in this commercial space.
