Actor Gets Engineering Degree After 10 Years

Actor Kartik Aaryan was honoured with a degree at DY Patil University's convocation, over a decade after he began his course. Sharing the moment on Instagram, he reminisced about his college days, writing, “From sitting in the backbench to standing on stage… what a journey.”

The event featured Kartik addressing an auditorium of cheering students, dancing to his film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’s title track, and interacting warmly with fans and teachers. Nostalgic moments included him recalling his engineering days and signing the college board. Fans showered him with gifts and admiration, with one emotional fan moved to tears.

Kartik, who debuted in Bollywood with Pyaar Ka Punchnama in 2011, enjoyed major successes in 2023 with Chandu Champion and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Currently, he is filming an untitled project with Anurag Basu and has announced a new film with Dharma Productions.
