6 Knife Wounds, 2 Deep Injuries: Attempt to Murder Saif Ali Khan

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was attacked in an attempted murder during the midnight hours. An unidentified assailant stabbed him with a knife. Saif was immediately admitted to Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital, where doctors provided updates on his condition.

Doctors revealed that Saif sustained six stab wounds, with two being critical. One deep injury is located near his neck, and the other below his chest. These are the most severe of the injuries.

Neurosurgeon Dr. Dhinge and cosmetic surgeon Dr. Jain were part of the surgical team that treated Saif. They have confirmed that Saif is out of danger and is currently recovering. His wife Kareena Kapoor and children are staying with him at the hospital.

Meanwhile, the Bandra Police have taken the case seriously and expedited the investigation. They examined CCTV footage from around Saif’s residence and found that no one entered the house after 12:30 AM, suggesting the attacker had pre-planned and entered the house earlier. Whether the intent was robbery or murder remains unclear.

The incident has also sparked a political controversy. Opposition parties have slammed the Devendra Fadnavis government, alleging that law and order in the state have completely collapsed.
