5 Languages, 50 Crores, Unbreakable Record

"RRR" was released and set numerous records. Recently, "Pushpa-2" hit the screens, shattering several records. Yet, amidst this tsunami of success, one record remained unbroken, and it belongs to "KGF-2."

Starring Yash, "KGF-2" became a worldwide hit. With the hype generated by the first "KGF," expectations for the sequel soared. This hype was further supported by an outstanding screenplay, visuals, and background score. As a result, "KGF-2" achieved massive box-office success in India.

Released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi, "KGF-2" garnered praise across all regions and demographics. The film went on to earn a net collection of Rs 856 crore across the country. Later, "Pushpa-2" surpassed this record in terms of overall collections.

However, a remarkable record set by "KGF-2" still stands. It remains the only film to earn a minimum of Rs 50 crore in each of the languages it was released in. Whether it was Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, or Hindi, each version of "KGF-2" crossed the Rs 50 crore mark. On the other hand, "Pushpa-2" could not achieve this feat.

While "Pushpa-2" set a record for the highest collections in India, it failed to reach Rs 50 crore in the Kannada and Malayalam versions. Thus, the unique record created by "KGF-2" remains unbroken by "Pushpa-2."
