Divorced Couple Still In Strong Bond?

It is known that Kiran Rao and Aamir Khan, after 15 years of marriage, announced their divorce in 2021.

 Kiran, a filmmaker, spoke in a recent interview about their split. She mentioned how marriage can sometimes make women feel restricted. 

Kiran and Aamir lived together before marriage to please their parents. They believed in the importance of marriage but also in individual freedom within it. 

Kiran highlighted the pressure on women to manage the household and keep the family together. She took her time deciding about the divorce without worrying too much. 

Kiran emphasized that despite the split, she and Aamir still have a strong bond and respect for each other. 

They both recognized the need for space and independence to grow personally. 

Kiran felt supported by Aamir in her decision. She wasn't afraid of divorce because she saw it as an opportunity for personal growth.
