Mumbai Beats Beijing To Become Asia's #1

Mumbai surpasses Beijing to become Asia's new billionaire capital for the first time. 

According to Hurun's Global Rich List, Mumbai is now home to 92 billionaires, just one more than Beijing. India has added more billionaires than China in the past year. Beijing has 91 billionaires. 

The report also indicates that Mumbai now ranks third in the world in this category, following New York and London.

While three Chinese cities—Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen—are in the world's Top-10 list, India has two cities—Mumbai and Delhi—in 1st and 9th positions respectively.
