Owaisi Criticizes Modi For Endorsing An Accused

AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi for supporting JD(S) MP Prajwal Revanna despite allegations of sexual misconduct.

Owaisi accused Revanna of making videos mistreating women and claimed Modi campaigned for him regardless of those allegations. 

Video clips allegedly showing Revanna's misconduct circulated in Karnataka's Hassan district recently which is also known nationwide. 

No one is a criminal unless proved. But as the case is going on Revanna should be kept at a distance as per Owaisi. 

Owaisi condemned Modi's endorsement by highlighting the contradiction with Modi's claims of supporting women's empowerment. He emphasized that the issue transcends religious lines affecting victims from diverse communities. 

Owaisi questioned Modi's decision to support Revanna despite having access to intelligence agencies like RAW.

Owaisi suggested that Revanna's suspension from JD(S) wouldn't address the core issue. He argued that Modi's support for Revanna reflects poorly on his government and party's values by indicating a willingness to stand by individuals accused of misconduct, says Owaisi.
