Muslims In Queue At Hindu Temples In J&k

There is a famous Adi Shankara Charya temple located at a height of 1000 feet above Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir.

In the past, even local Hindus used to fear coming to this place. However, on the occasion of Mahashivratri a couple of days ago, this temple was crowded with devotees and pilgrims from various places in India. The temple authorities made arrangements to ensure they passed through in an orderly queue.

Many national media channels covered this incident, interviewing different pilgrims who had come from Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and other regions. Some Kashmiri women also stood in line, and surprisingly, even a Muslim woman was seen smiling along with her Hindu friends, awaiting darshan, symbolizing communal harmony and secular spirit.

When probed, it is told that this secular phenomenon is common now in Srinagar.

A local resident remarked, "Terrorism has receded. Peace prevails. The economy is thriving. Tourism is on the rise. Srinagar is not the same as before. Thanks to the abrogation of Article 370."

When asked what gave him the confidence to move around freely unlike before, another local responded, "Modi hai to mumkin hai" (If Modi is there, then it's possible).

A few days ago, Modi stated, "Kashmir is not just a place. It's the head of India. When the head is held high, it speaks about the pride of India."

Staying true to his words, he is working to make the state prosperous by ensuring safety and security above all else.
