Is Donald Trump A Racist Who Looks Down 'Blacks'?

During an interview with Jen Psaki on MSNBC's 'Inside' singer John Legend strongly criticized Donald Trump calling him fundamentally racist.

John Legend, discussing his involvement in criminal justice reform, shared his own experiences growing up in Springfield of Ohio, where he saw how the justice system affected his family. He highlighted how arrests disrupts families and communities.

Legend used Trump as an example to illustrate the unequal treatment between the wealthy and the less fortunate before trials. 

While Trump is presumed innocent and avoids jail time before trials, many others unable to afford bail remain in jail, he said.

Regarding Trump's supposed support for Black people, Legend dismissed it asserting that Trump's racist beliefs are deeply ingrained. 

He pointed to Trump's history of derogatory comments and actions as evidence, concluding that Trump's claims of backing the Black community are empty rhetoric.

Legend claims that Trump has consistently shown that he believes Black people are inferior.
