Elon Musk On First 'AI' US President By 2032?

In a startling though funny announcement, Elon Musk predicts that artificial intelligence will run for the US Presidency in 2032.

Musk who is known for his work with Tesla and SpaceX made this revelation at the 10th annual Breakthrough Prize event where he was dressed in his fanciest attire.

When asked about the 2024 election Musk joked about AI taking the lead role comparing it to science fiction films. 

Despite the light hearted atmosphere Musk has been expressing concerns about AI's advancement. He believes that by 2026 AI will surpass human intelligence potentially disrupting world democracy.

The event also featured appearances by Bill Gates and Paula Hurd, the wife of late Oracle CEO Mark Hurd. 

The Breakthrough Prize celebrates groundbreaking scientific achievements from individuals associated with companies like Google and Facebook.

They award substantial prizes for advancements in physics, life sciences, and mathematics, highlighting the synergy of innovation and wealth.
