Elon Musk Congrates PM Modi Expressing His Desire

Tesla CEO Elon Musk congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on winning a third term. Musk expressed enthusiasm for his companies' future work in India. 

Modi will take the oath for his new term on Sunday as President Droupadi Murmu invited him to form the government. 

In the recent Lok Sabha elections, the BJP won 240 seats and the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) secured 293 seats ensuring a majority. 

Leaders from around the world, including from the US, UK, France, Russia and others sent congratulatory messages to Modi looking forward to strengthening ties with India. 

Musk had planned to visit India in April to meet Modi but postponed due to Tesla commitments, promising to visit later this year. 

Musk previously met Modi in the US last June and expressed confidence in Tesla and Starlink entering the Indian market soon with plans for a Tesla manufacturing unit and significant investments in India.
